We believe that we provide our customers with sufficient information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or product is damaged before delivery, please email us using contact us page mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. For feedback to our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide you a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;
Once the returned product is received by us, you’ll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration and shipping information.
